Privacy policy

Advalyo places great importance on protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection law.

01Data controller

The data controller is Advalyo (Tunis, Tunisia). For any request about your data: contact@advalyo.com.

02Data we collect

Data you provide through our forms (demo or contact request): full name, work email address, phone number, job title, company name and size, and the content of your message.

Audience-measurement data, collected only after your consent: pages viewed, referrer, device type and anonymised interactions (see our cookie policy).

03Purposes and legal bases

Respond to your demo and contact requests and manage the related follow-up — legal basis: your consent and the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Improve our site and understand its audience — legal basis: your consent (analytics cookies).

Ensure site security and prevent abuse — legal basis: our legitimate interest.

04Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It is processed by the Advalyo team and by processors acting on our instructions:

• Resend (sending our form emails); • Cloudflare (hosting and security); and, only with your consent, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog (EU hosting) and Crisp (support messaging).

Some providers may be located outside the European Union; in that case, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

05Retention

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship, then archived or deleted in line with our legal obligations. Audience-measurement data is retained for a limited period defined by the relevant tools.

06Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@advalyo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

07Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (role-based access control, secure hosting, encryption in transit) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
